General Conditions
- You have 15 days from receipt to request a return or exchange
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
- Original delivery slip or proof of purchase must be included
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the item is defective
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Anneaux de gland (Penis Rings)
- AssLock and Anal Lock products
- All Ballstretchers (steel, leather, silicone, Tpe-Tpr)
- Baillon and Baillon Puppy (gags)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll respond within 48 hours with:
- Return authorization
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return label (if applicable for our errors)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging with all accessories and include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Return Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return (within 3-5 business days), we’ll email you confirmation of:
- Approval/rejection of your refund/exchange
- Expected credit date for refunds
- Shipping details for approved exchanges
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Credit applied to original account within 5-10 business days after notification
- PayPal: Refund credited to your PayPal account within 24-48 hours
Refund amounts equal the purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless due to our error).
Exchanges
For eligible items:
- Replacement item ships once return is approved
- We cover replacement shipping costs if due to our error or product defect
- You pay the difference for higher-value exchange items
Defective Items or Our Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process replacement/refund at no extra cost
- For defective items, we may request photos/description of the issue
